Xsigo improves data center convergence with Ethernet-based virtual I/O solution

Xsigo Systems Inc., a provider of I/O virtualization solutions, announced this week an advancement in virtual I/O technology, simplifying and accelerating data center convergence -- a key enabler of private cloud computing. The company also released an Ethernet-based version of its Xsigo I/O Director, a virtual I/O technology to leverage the standard Ethernet ports found on every x86 server.
