Appcore, a provider of managed cloud solutions, announced Tuesday that continuityX, a provider of business continuity, disaster recovery and managed network services to medium-to-large scale enterprise businesses, has selected them as their primary provider to deliver cloud-based disaster recovery and application services to their global user base.

The solution chosen for deployment was Appcore Onsite, a fully managed cloud solution, incorporating hardware, software, networking and support. Appcore Onsite's software modules include Launch to Cloud, a one-step process that enables users to select complex applications from a comprehensive suite and provision them in minutes. It also features Second Site Backup, a disaster recovery and business continuity service.
